My business signed up for a text marketing loyalty program and purchased a Samsung Tab A. We have discontinued the program and want to be able to install a new rewards program on it. The original company no longer exists and our new rep said there is a website that you enter EIM or serial number into to un-kit the tablet.
Can anyone help?
