I recently purchased LG G8x off e-bay recently. Replacing my previous one that was bought from the same reseller. Both phones are in great condition cosmetically, but my new one will not ring when someone calls me. It sends them straight to voice mail or will straight out hang up on them.
Now I have spoken with my provider, Safe Link - att, and they had me add strings to certain settings and then they were able to call me but it still seems to do it for others. BTW I didn't have any of these problems on my last phone which was the same model. Any ideas?
