How to Hard Reset on Samsung GT-I8200Q Galaxy S3 Mini Neo ?

  1. Turn off the phone .
  2. Press and hold the Power key ,Volume Up key and Call Button  for few seconds.
  3. The process starts when the Android logo appears .
  4. Next release all buttons.
  5. Recovery mode menu will appear on the screen.
  6. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" using Power button and Volume key .
  7. Then click on  "Yes - delete all user data".
  8. To confirm the process select "Reboot system now".
