I have a Galaxy Core Prime that was previously owned by my stepson when he worked for a delivery company. he never returned the phone so he gave it to me. I tried to do a hard reset on it and after trying to set the phone back up I get to a point where it wants the previous owner's email and password. He doesn't remember either so I'm not able to go any farther with the setup. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get around this security check?
