Samsung partners with renowned filmmakers to showcase the Galaxy S21 Ultra's camera capabilities

One of the most prominent features of the Galaxy S21 Ultra is its superior camera quality. Samsung has decided to use this feature to promote the flagship smartphone. The company announced the Filmed #withGalaxy campaign in partnership with some of the world's best filmmakers, whose role was to create films captured entirely with the Galaxy S21 Ultra's camera.

The campaign is headlined by British director Joe Wright, whose filmography includes such works as Atonement, Pride and Prejudice, and Darkest Hour. As part of the collaboration, Joe Wright has directed the short film The Princess and the Peppercorn, which will be presented at the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) in October 2021. The director and his team used the Galaxy S21 Ultra's 13mm ultra-wide lens to capture close-up and full-view scenes of the movie.

Another short film to be presented at the festival will be Children of Paradise, directed by Chinese director Sha Mo. He used the Director's View feature to capture three different shots at once. Sha Mo said, "Working with Samsung, I discovered that anyone with a desire to express themselves or tell a story already has the equipment needed in their hand".
