The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is rumored to be released in the summer along with the Galaxy Z Fold 3. Although it is expected that the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will bring a whole bunch of improvements over its predecessor, the smartphone will have a battery of only 3300 mAh made by Chinese manufactures. According to the 3C certification data, the model for the Chinese market (SM-F7110) will come with Samsung’s EP-TA200 charger with a maximum power output of 15W (9.0V and 1.67A). In addition, the 3C certification data show that the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will have 5G connectivity.
The new Galaxy Z Flip will feature a larger 1.83-inch cover display, a 6.7-inch Foldable AMOLED Infinity-O display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Among the expected improvements is a more powerful Snapdragon 888 processor. The upcoming smartphone will also feature Android 11, 8GB RAM, 256GB internal memory, and an IP rating for dust and water resistance. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is also expected to feature a 10MP camera on the internal display and two 12MP cameras on the outside. The smartphone will be available in a variety of color options, from black, navy blue, green to light purple, matte gray, navy pink, and white.
The exact price of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 is not yet known, but it is rumored that the smartphone will be more affordable than the Galaxy Z Flip 5G. The possible price tag varies from $999 to $1199.
