Samsung announces an all-in-one outdoor LED signage solution for small businesses

Samsung Electronics America announced yesterday the XPR-B, a lineup of all-in-one outdoor LED displays for small and medium-sized businesses. The company nicknamed its new device "LED in a Box" as it comes with a web-based content management solution that allows business owners to instantly disseminate important information.

Samsung believes that display technology should help a multitude of industries get back to business. According to Mark Quiroz, VP of Display Division, Samsung Electronics America, XPR-B was designed to help small and medium-sized businesses stay agile by providing a platform for seasonal and time-specific advertising, wayfinding and provide an additional method of direct communication with customers.

The XPR-B displays come in two sizes: 1m x 2m and 1.5m x 3m. Each of these sizes is available in single and double face designs and 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm pitch. Using the same technology as the XPR-E, the XPR-B displays are ideal for businesses that do not need prolonged periods of maximum brightness. They have a low-profile design, a depth of 5.9” and front ventilation. In addition, these signage displays offer stress-free installation of unibody cabinet structure, exceptional picture quality with clear visibility in all conditions, special operational safeguards to prevent errors and interruptions, and a more efficient power supply with built-in backup.

This solution is perfect for every business, from hospitality, local entertainment venues, and quick-serve restaurants (QSRs) to medical campuses and schools.
