Samsung tablets were in great demand last year. Guess why? Quarantine and work from home have made their contribution. The Galaxy Tab A7 and the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite have been selling like hotcakes. Now it looks like Samsung is working on the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite.
The Bluetooth SIG database lists the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite under the model number SM-T225. The certification document indicates that it will have Bluetooth 5.0(with LE). It is known that the tablet will feature an 8.7-inch display and a slim metal design. According to rumors, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is being designed as a multimedia tablet, convenient for one-hand operation. It will run Android 11, and according to the Geekbench listing, the tablet will come with MediaTek’s Helio P22T processor (MT8768WT) and 3GB RAM. The FCC certification confirms that it will also have a USB Type-C port and a headphone jack. The TÜV Rheinland certification mentions a 5,100 mAh battery and 15W fast charging.
Rumor has it the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will be released in June 2021 along with the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite, which will presumably feature a Snapdragon 750G processor, a 12.4-inch QHD LTPS LCD display, 4GB RAM, and 5G connectivity.
