- Press the Power button to turn off the phone.
- Next, Press and hold the Power key, the Home button, and the Volume up and down keys for a few seconds.
- Release all buttons when "Recovery mode menu" will appear on the screen.
- Now select "Wipe data/factory reset" using the Power button and the Volume key.
- Then, click on "Yes - delete all user data".
- To confirm the process select "Reboot system now".
- As a result of a Hard Reset, your data cannot be restored!
